Plaintiff Fails to Sue Ed Hardy over Images Dispute

A judge in New York has ruled that claims of a would-be plaintiff against Christian Audigier are not valid. The plaintiff sued Ed Hardy under the Lanham Act, they alleged that Christian Audigier was passing-off a copyright which they own. There was previously an injunction against Ed Hardy Christian Audigier for using these images but the injunction against Ed Hardy has now been lifted.

Judge George H Wu of the US Distritc Courtt for the Central District of California sided on the side of Christian Audigier Inc (the corporation between both Ed Hardy and Christian AUdigier)
